Saw lots of wastage being done today. Was invited to the chinese new year celebration by BAKTI today. 1st of all CNY is already far over, for what they want to organise this to show off?? Next they want to held it at 1 5 star hotel JW Marriot. You all think la, just the place is expensive enough already. The food although is very nice, but its still not as nice as pure chinese food and its way way more expensive. I feel that they should cut down the budget on that and maybe donate cash to those really in need (ME!!!). LOL

Lastly the ang pao they gave me is only so so little. Was expecting maybe get RM50 so that can cover my petrol fees there. Looks like what I wanted could not get once again. I end up with just a miserable RM30. You tell me la, worth it to go or not. Ok I treat that the round I went back Serdang today is to test out my car whether the car is ok or not.

Dad's birthday

Finally my leg is not swelling anymore. All the extra water has been expelled out after taking the medicine. Hopefully after 2 months of eating the steroid my protein urea will reduce and be under control. Eating too much steroid is really giving me too much side effect. Keep feeling hungry, water retention in body, too energetic, my join which has avascular necrosis (AVN) is much more pain, etc.

Tomorrow need to go back UPM as BAKTI is organising some kind of Chinese New Year celebration for the orang kurang upaya (OKU). Heard got ang pao given but I doubt its even enough to cover my petrol for tomorrow. Just wait and see la.

Today is my dad's birthday. Did not really have the money to buy present and celebrate it as my camera repair has cost me RM980. So my sis just bought a cake from King's and treat him eat. Tried taking the picture of the cake and submit it as stock photography. Its still in the editing process. Hopefully it will be ready tonight for all readers to comment on it. Really need those comments as I want to improve on food photography too.

Problem arises

Yesterday was really not a smooth day. Whole day problem keep arising. So the 1st problem that appear is my health is not improving yet and I have to take the medication aka steroid which has lots of side effect for another 2 months. Mostly the medication will have no effect on me as my theory of repulsion in life is taking an effect.

Next my car. It is also having the same problem with me which is related to water. My car keep consuming a lot of water while my body is retaining so much water. How ironic ya? Till now the problem is still not solved and it needs to be constantly monitored so that my car wont spoil overheat and die on me before I graduate and get a new car.

Then yesterday while checking the car, the car repair took quite a long time and it made me break a promise with a model. I had to delay the photoshoot till so late night. Finished the shoot late and reached home quite late.

Money also using up very fast already. Still finding ways to find extra income. Camera repair is ready and I need to pay it. My 'wife' is also having her own problems but as her dear I'm not able to fully help her out. I felt so useless and feel that I'm her source of pain and disappointment as I broke quite a few promise before. I swear I'll try to change myself and not do the same mistake again.

Ok la enough of ranting already. Rest 1st and must not stress up myself.

So many things running through my head now. The steroid side effect seems to be giving me a lot of side effect on me. I'm feeling restless and sleeping lesser now. I should be resting more since i'm sick right? but here I am awake and not in bed. I was suppose to join a camp to help collect donation to fund for a university activity but due to my health problem I had to cancel my plans. I wanted to join in to help out as a senior and maybe know the newer generation people too but as I said before things that I want will never get.

Its almost time for me to go repair my car. My car also same like me is sick. The car is using up too much water and while my body is keeping too much water. How ironic right?

To survive everyone needs money nowadays. Everything cost a lot due to high inflation rate. I wonder why the money value keeps on decreasing? Is it because the petroleum of the earth is getting depleted and cause everything to rise? I don't think there's a solution to solve that problem.

So now I'm trying to think of ways to earn extra side income. Hopefully my passion of photography can help to keep me survive in the future. I'm planning to open up a studio as a business. I've been exposed to quite some knowledge on studio photography. BUT can I manage the studio properly and start earning? Maybe not just earn as long it can self sustain and don't bring me extra cost then I would be happy already. Too bad GOD would not let me have the things I want always. My theory for my life: Things that I want would never get it.

I'm also hoping to earn some extra income by getting a passive income. My target for this would be venture into stock photography. Anyone out there willing to give a helping hand by guiding me how to do it for free? Sharing knowledge is caring right? Do good things will be rewarded in some unexpected ways. Speaking of doing charity, its almost time for me to pack my stuff and get ready for PAP external affair camp liao. Signing off.

My passion for photography has been burning lately. Kept thinking of it. Recently saw something that really really caught my attention. Someone is selling a brand new Sony A900 for only RM6k. That is a real real bargain. Too bad I don't have the money. I'm only interested in Sony stuff. I know the A900 is the best in its line and does any of my readers here feel that I should not get it? Please do not tell me Sony camera no good just because its a Sony. Tell me what you think of the camera functionality. Worth buying or not ne?

Here's just some of the studio shoot I did yesterday with my NEX5N. Personally quite happy with the quality of the images being produced by this camera.

All of the photos here are not being photoshopped except for the watermark. Any comments on it? Just bash it. I'm here to improve and learn. Hopefully can get some comments to improve.

Trying to start afresh

Everytime I had this urge to start everything all over again in my life, but I know I can never achieve that as time is not reversible. So I can only start from this moment. So ngam also the day I've chosen is my beloved "wife's (aka swan)" birthday which is the 4th February. If one of my friend say I also copy hers of doing new resolutions its just so coincidental only. Here are just some of the simple and yet tough stuff that I must do in my life. Things that I can control and the list are:

Try to lead a normal healthy lifestyle. Love myself so that I can enjoy more in the future.
The longer I can live the more I can take care of my "wife" and my parents and family members. I owe a lot especially to my parents (dad and mom). I know I haven't been a good and ordinary child to both of you but I'll try to find somehow to repay all my debts in my life by not giving too much trouble anymore. I LOVE YOU mom and dad. Wish to give a hug to both of you but scare after you all thought what is happening to me.
I wanna be a better photographer. Learn up as much skills as possible. With simple equipment I hope to achieve life those professionals standard.
I've been trying to create my own passive income to support myself. I'm setting up this blog and also my own webpage as a photography portfolio. I do need support from everyone out there la. Once a while help me out with the advertisements. Please dont abuse it. I'll really be glad if all things work out and if I can afford it next time I'll sure treat my readers in some way. You help me I help you. LOL

Thats all I can think of for now. Almost time for me to take my medication and maybe get some rest for few hours before being so energetically awake.

What is Multimedia?

My friends and I did a small project for assignment 2 which has the title what is multimedia?

Inside the video there will be some brief example of what is considered as multimedia... We've done this project for the whole day and finally came up with something as below... Do enjoy it ya... :D

This project is to create an animation using many keyframes taken from a camera. The frames are played back in one frame per second. This gives the illusion that the object shown is moving as there are small changes in each frames. All the frames were shot and saved in JPG high quality images to ensure that the animation produced is clear. The content of the animation is about “What is Multimedia?” The software used is Windows Live Movie Maker which can be found in every computer that has Windows operating system installed.

Multimedia actually consists of several elements. They include:
1. Text
2. Color
3. Image
4. Sound
5. Video
6. Animation

The content of the text consists of many characters that make up the words, punctuations, symbols and so on to convey different meanings and messages. Text is a very basic element in multimedia and almost everyone can understand it easily when reading it.

There are three main colors used in multimedia animation. They are red, green and blue (RGB). By using colors, multimedia presentation becomes much more attractive compared with black and white which is very dull.

Images are a combination of many pixels arranged neatly and compactly to form a certain picture. Pixels which are arranged more compactly will produce images which look much smoother and will not look pixilated.

Sound is produced when an object vibrates and the waveform produced during the vibration travels through a medium which is usually air and reaches the listener’s ears. A video without any sound is not able to attract viewers as it lacks the element of excitement.

In video the synchronization of the frames and the sound must be accurate or else the video will look awkward. The video created in this project is saved in wmv format. For animation to run smoothly more key frames are needed. This is because an object seen by the human eyes remains on the retina for a short moment after viewing. This creates a visual illusion of movement to the viewer.

Our project starts off with the introduction of the text followed by three examples of color which are black, blue and red. After that, seven samples of images taken by us were displayed. For the sound section, a guy who was singing ‘Do Re Mi’ was asked by his friends to stop because they could not stand him. A short clip of the video was taken from the recording of a dance concert held this year. The video was synchronized with music being played and this makes the whole video smoother to watch. The last part of animation is about two stick man fighting and at the end, one of them was knocked out. Many different frames were drawn and then combined together to form an animation. The whole project is produced by us. We would like to give credit to Hot Challe for the usage of his song “Tonight Tonight”

My Happiest Moment

Basically after seeing the title of the post it kinda reminded me of something in the past... So many happy things happened to me yet this was the only one that I could remember the most...

It was our 1st year anniversary... I know its nothing big because many people had their 1st anniversary before already... but this is my only girlfriend which is willing to spend her precious with me... She's important to me and till now I really appreciate her... Just sometimes I couldn't do what she wants and always say I'll try my best... I am really trying to be the best for u... Thats why although that flower is very expensive... yet I still buy it... (not complaining o... :D)

Now I can forever remember this all thanks to my camera as without it I can only save this memory in my own brain and couldn't share it with anyone else... Happy moments are meant to be shared not just keep to yourself... Sometimes people see happy pictures, they will feel happy themselves.. I would really love to capture more happy moments with a new camera... The new PEN lite Olympus should be the best camera now for me as its new, small and even stylish... Should be easier for me to carry around compared to my bulky DSLR... I wish I could just get myself one and share it with my loved ones... Too bad that I'm just not lucky enough to own 1...

Thus for this Christmas I only wish that my wishes could come true and I could capture all my happy moments with my dearest "SWAN"

just watch the movie nasi lemak2.0 at the nearest cinema from my house.. manage to get the 1st movie shown which is the early bird 1 at 11.50... very very worth it watching the movie... be warn though if u dun really know wat is happening around malaysia then u wont understand wat is namewee trying to tell in his movie... so do brush up your malaysia knowledge b4 watching it.. its funny and it is a great 1malaysia movie.. too bad most of it is in chinese(dialect) or else sure this movie will get support from all races around malaysia... the subtitles are quite good and accurate actually... so recommend all u ppl out there to watch the movie nasi lemak 2.0

Sony Alpha Launch 2011

Sony has launched 4 more cameras into their alpha camera line on 24.8.2011 and i was able to get myself into the launch all thanks to John Shum..

I arrived there about 3.30pm at Gardens Hotel and started playing with the new cameras.. The 1st 1 tat i tried was the A77 which is the successor of the A700 which i'm having now... it really feels nice and i really like it... the best part is it has a live view which i really need during event shots as i'm quite short n might need to raise my camera high to shoot.. overall its really a nice camera to have... wish i have the extra cash... enjoy the pictures below..

Yesterday I attended the FEMME FATALE SUPER GT NIGHT 2011 which was held at ZOUK. Its just a pre party before the actual Femme Fatale Super GT party happens on 18 June 2011 (Saturday). So fast my final exam had finished 2 weeks ago and now i'm doing my intership which is compulsory for my course at ICMIC. At least the internship that i'm doing now is less bored than the one that i did before but yet everytime in office i still feel very sleepy as though i didn't have enough sleep. why everywhere that i go for intern dont have any leng lui to see 1 ar?at least maybe got then i can stay awake throughout the whole office hour? haha. almost time to get ready for my routine job. ciaoz for now.

I have only balance 2 more papers to go for tomorrow and saturday. See even saturday also have to sit for exam. So kolian ar... after the paper that I sat this morning, it seems that all hope is gone. This is because the paper is so so tough. The questions dont look like the examples given by the lecturer. The moment I step out of the exam hall only notice I did the same mistake as my friend who sat behind me during test. What a coincident where I did not discuss that particular solution with him. Looks like my mistake will have terrible consequences. Haiz. Now have to focus on tomorrows exam. AZA AZA!!!!!!!!!!!

In a blink of an eye, cny 2011 has past just like that... this year's cny holiday seems to be very very short. Din get a chance to meet many of my old frens also.. Did not get the chance to gamble much also but at least finally i won a bit during gambling after so so many years of losing.... then last fri on 'chu jiu' i n 2 of my coursemates went to Dong Chan Shi temple... It was my 1st time visiting there and this time i'm lucky that i manage to brought 'her' along too.. too bad after that trip she fall sick and was unwell for a few days... then last tuesday i went on a trip to tanjung sepat with some of my pap seniors.. its a new experience for me as i seldom travel to small small villages... and after that had a small reunion dinner with them at equine park... kinda lazy to upload my pic here so pls visit my facebook page for the pic... cheers...

money not enough ar... after calculating for so many times... every month my spending will be more than my pocket money allocated which is RM400... 30 go to my phone bill... 48 go to my broadband... then 200 go to my car petrol... so end up... i only got 122 for my eating money... lunch n dinner for 30 days.. so after dividing... i think i only can eat RM4 per day... so wat can i eat rm4 per day leh?? for long term 1... any1 can help me??

this is a post which should have been posted up a few weeks back... but i seem to hav forgotten about it as it has been saved into draft when i 1st wrote it...

mom did not know wat to cook anymore for dinner... so i persuaded my mom to try cooking spaghetti for the 1st time... she was reluctant at 1st... cuz she scare tat it will not taste nice... n the ingredients were actually quite expensive... but finally after telling her tat i'm quite sure how to cook it, she bought the ingredients when there's an offer..

so here are my 'secret' recipe...
1. soak the spaghetti in salt boiling water till its soft...
2. cook the minced pork wit some soya sauce to add some flavour to it...
3. add button mushroom together with the pork to be cooked...
4. pour down the Prego tomato pasta sauce into the pork which has been cooked just now, and cook it for a few more minutes...
5. then just pour the spaghetti sauce onto the pasta...

and woala!!!

had a fun time during the last alpha flash workshop... although the workshop is no longer free, at least i learnt something out from my RM49... it din go all to waste... i see that the photos below are much better than those i took last time... would really want to brush up my photography skill so tat i could be a very pro photographer... but b4 tat i kena poison by the higher end alpha dslr... now need to earn money to upgrade mine... can any 1 teach me how to earn easy money???

what a 1st day of intern at ken head office... wake up 1 and a half hour early just for me to reach my work place in time... all because of the stupid n crazy jam... then wat i do the whole day can be seen below...

Went to pc fair last saturday.. intended to buy 100pc of DVD+R, the cd cover and a pen drive... but then when i reached there i saw there's so so many things tempting me... the computer, camcoder, and so on... some more on tat day i accompany 1 of my fren to buy something to replace her spoiled stuff... the whole day keep on kena poison only... but too bad my wallet has been heavily bleeding since my car broke down too many times in 1 month...

After accompanying my fren, i joined the alpha gang that was supposed to have their tt session in pc fair... 1st time joining such a big gang go shooting models... one of them is also kind enough to test my rechargeable battery to see whether is my flash gun having problem or the battery charger is faulty... so in the end it was concluded that my beloved flash gun hav to be sent to the ER... and the warranty just expired not long ago.. so looks like i hav to come up with a sum of money to treat it le... T.T

I did not really plan to visit the expo actually... but somehow Sony arranged for a studio shoot workshop there... n so i dropped by on sat night for a while... the moment i reached there, it was like WOW!!!! so many things to see... but i dun have enough time... i have always been a huge fan of sony... many of my things are Sony branded... from handphone to camera and even my voice recorder is also Sony... now i want to get the Sony PS3, bravia, scholarship and anything which is from sony... hahaha... including a job... but i doubt my dream will come true... cuz always the more i hope, the more it wont happen...

So lets move on to the workshop shall we?? its a great experience playing with the studio lights... eventhough theres no1 to really teach on how to use them but i just simply use wats given... too bad i din check my flash battery before i went there... so those shots without the studio lights are kinda not so nice... and so below are my art creations... :p

suddenly i just noticed that every beginning of a new sem it hasnt been going well with me... for the 1st sem, i was not able to walk properly to class or anywhere in upm... then during the 2nd sem, i lost my handphone as it was stolen from me on the KTM train... the 3rd 1 i'm still trying to recall as i'm sure there had been something bad happen... and finally for the current sem, i met with an accident which i dunno how am i going to tell to my dad... haiz... looks like the bad luck charm is still with me...

Why nowadays ppl just keep striving to get A's leh??? they dont care watever way they use they want to collect as many marks as possible to get an A... every1 so like it when there is carry mark tat could help boost uo their marks... those carry marks include handing up tutorial homework, attendance, doing assignments,lab reports n etc... i really dun think students do all this just to learn something... all jsut do it for the sake of marks... just like me copy paste fren's lab report n assignments just to pass it....... do i learn anything??? NO..... it just kinda defeat the purpose of learning........ just because lab less 1 or 2 marks keep on wan to argue till he is correct... haiz... wan to say i hate this kind of ppl yet deep down i know wat i do also got ppl hate 1... and i'm sure a lot ppl hate the way i do things... so... in the end wat can i do... just keep quiet n shut myself up... or else ppl is going to start flaming me............

today woke up at 5.15am to do my hw cuz yesterday i was too tired and slept early... so today i was going to hav a group photo shoot for ESTEM.... when i was almost reaching UPM main gate, i saw my friend in front of me going to the same event so i just follow her lor.... then when reach a cross section my friend just drive straight to the opposite side... i just give a glance n see no cars coming and then just followed her car... then all of a sudden.. BAng!!!!!! my car was going sideways and just went up the curb... then i heard my friend shouting... i then know i was involved in an accident... the behind part was badly damaged.... and the rest let us see the pic lar...

just the start of the week and everything is not going according to plan d... early in the morning, my throat was still sore and this indicates tat i'm still not fully recovered and yet i still had nasi lemak for breakfast.... then had to rush to the hospital for my INR test... the hospital registering system has changed since the beggining of the year n the registration at the counter was damn crowded as we can now only register 30 minutes before our appointment time... later after i went back for my class, after copying notes half way my ink just so happened to finish n i did not bring the refill for it to class... later when i went back to get my blood result, the result din came out good and i've got to ponteng class 2 weeks later for a visit to the hospital again... when i was about to leave the hospital i've forgotten to ask the doctor for my MC and had to run back in just to get that piece of paper... and then when i reach back my room i still have tonnes of hw not yet done.... STRESSed ar!!!!! can any1 help me....
